Elk and deer cross the property daily, and a small pond on the property provides water for the local herd. There are signs on the fences marking the boundaries of the property, and the landowner lives on the property.

No ATV’s please! The nearest town is Larkspur, CO. You’ll only be 30 minutes from Denver for mid-day activities if you wish.

This area is exclusively private property so the tendency is to see large bulls in the area.
