The year 2006 has been another very successful one, with an outstanding 96% success ratio! As usual, more than 97% of the caribou harvested were mature bulls!
Caribou are migratory animals and our main objective is to get you to the game. We have exclusive outfitting rights on thousands of square miles and we hunt both the George River and Leaf River herds. We own and operate 32 camps, from Hudson's Bay to the Labrador border, and we receive daily satellite reports on migrations and herd locations, so when you arrive at Caniapiscau, we can and will direct you straight to the caribou.
Despite today's very difficult economic conditions, with sky high gas prices (energy expenses represents 65% of the cost of a caribou hunting package) and an exceptionally low US dollar, we've again kept increases to a minimum, to keep offering you the finest caribou hunting packages at the lowest price possible.
