Alaska Halibut Fishing

This outfitter is providing a Halibut fishing trip in ideal sports fishing waters of Alaska’s Unit 10. Saltwater fish and fly fish to your heart’s content where you will have the opportunity to harvest Halibut, King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Dolley Varden Trout, Steelhead, Rock Fish and Northern Pike. Fishing with this outfitter is an exciting adventure conducted from boats and spike tent camps on the island or from the adjoining the rolling tundra on the southwestern side of the Alaska Peninsula.

Lodging and Meals

Fishing trips are conducted from either fly-in tent camps or backpack spike camps. Few sportsmen would want to miss this exciting adventure conducted from boats and spike tent camps from one of the Islands.



All transportation during the hunt will be provided by the outfitter as needed. These experienced guides use airplanes and boats to accomplish the task of hauling hunters to and from the hunting camps.

Fishing Location

Unimak Island, Kodiak Island, Cold Bay, Adak Island, Raspberry Island, Afognak Island, and the Alaska Peninsula. The terrain ranges from windswept tundra to spruce rainforest to open grassy meadows to sandy beaches, and every sportsman should be prepared to tackle such changes in terrain. Sportsman will need to be in physical shape for the Mountain Goat hunts where climbing up to 1200 feet above sea level to harvest these elusive creatures is necessary. Unit 10 is home to over 300,000 birds and 3000 Caribou making the beginning or ending of your hunting trip a fantastic expedition one would not want to miss.
